Terms of service

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms govern the use of Cinestoria, the service of Oscar Sanchez (Tax ID 21752066T) that produces YouTube videos (documentaries, animated stories and other formats). By creating an account you accept them.

1. What Cinestoria does

From a topic or your script, Cinestoria researches, writes and reviews the script, records the voice, generates images and clips, edits the video with music, captions and subtitles, and prepares titles, a description and thumbnails. It can also redo shots, create versions in other languages and Shorts of your videos.

It includes the Strategist, which analyzes your channels and your niche with public YouTube data and the data you upload, and suggests ideas and changes. Its analyses are done by Claude with your Anthropic key (section 2 applies). Its recommendations are guidance only: nobody can guarantee views, income or a channel's monetization, and you decide what to publish. The Strategist uses the YouTube API services; by using it you accept the YouTube Terms of Service.

You can invite other people to work in your account (team). What they do in it, they do on your behalf, with your keys and at your expense: choose their role carefully and remove them when they stop working with you.

You can also share a video's script or storyboard with a review link. Anyone with the link can see it and comment on it and, if you allow it, approve it on your behalf: share it only with whoever needs to review it, and revoke it when it's no longer needed.

With the API (Channel and Studio plans) and webhooks, whatever is done with one of your API keys is done in your account and at your expense, as if you had done it yourself: keep them secret and revoke them if they leak. Webhooks send data about your videos to the URLs you choose. There are usage limits to protect the service, and we may suspend a key that is used abusively.

If you connect your YouTube channel, Cinestoria uploads to that channel, through the YouTube API, the videos you decide to publish, with the details you choose (title, description, tags, thumbnail, visibility, date, altered or synthetic content and audience). By doing so you accept the YouTube Terms of Service. What gets published is your content and your decision (section 4).

3. Plans and prices

PlanPriceChannelsVideos at once
Starter€99/month21
Channel€179/month52
Studio€249/month154

In addition, each minute of finished video (including Shorts and versions in other languages) carries a commission of €0.10. Redoing a shot of an already finished video doesn't generate a commission. Prices include VAT. The subscription is charged monthly in advance and the commission monthly in arrears together with the next fee, on the card you register with Stripe, our payment gateway (Cinestoria never sees or stores your card). You receive the invoice for each charge by email and in “Account”.

Free trial. When you choose a plan you start with a 7-day trial: you register your card, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and there's no commission during the trial. We'll email you a few days before it ends. If you don't cancel before then, the first month of the chosen plan is charged when the trial ends. One trial per person.

Referral program. Every account has a link to recommend Cinestoria. Whoever signs up with it gets a 14-day trial instead of 7 days. When that account pays its first invoice, whoever recommended it receives the price of one month of their plan (or of the cheapest plan, if they don't have a paid one yet) as credit, which comes off their next invoices; it isn't paid out in money and can't be transferred. Up to 12 free months a year; recommending yourself or creating accounts to get credit doesn't count, and we may cancel credit obtained that way.

You can change plans whenever you want (the rest of the month is prorated) and cancel from “Account”: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then. If a charge fails, Stripe retries it for a few days; meanwhile you can log in and download your videos, but not create new ones.

5. How the service works

We try to keep Cinestoria running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or due to our own or our providers' failures. If a video fails, you can retry it from where it stopped; what was already paid to the providers isn't paid again.

Each video's files (images, audio, clips and the finished video) are kept for 30 days from creation; we email you 3 days before deleting them so you can download them. Cinestoria isn't a storage service: keep your own copy of what you publish.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner's liability to you is limited to what you've paid Cinestoria in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer, you have 14 days from signing up to withdraw. If you ask for the service to start earlier and use it, you accept that withdrawal only refunds the unused proportional part.

8. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we'll notify you by email in advance. They are governed by Spanish law and, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers, by the courts of Barcelona.
