Purpose

Cinestoria is an online service that produces YouTube videos (documentaries, animated stories and other formats) from a topic or a script: research, script, voice, images, editing, music, subtitles and thumbnails. To generate that content it uses third-party artificial intelligence services (Anthropic, fal.ai and ElevenLabs) with the accounts each customer connects. The terms of use of the service are in the terms of service.

Intellectual property

The design, texts and code of this site and of the application belong to the owner or are used under license. Third-party fonts and icons are used under their open licenses. The videos each customer produces with Cinestoria belong to that customer, within the limits set by the terms of the AI providers they use.

Liability

The owner tries to keep the information on this site correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors. The owner is not responsible for how each customer uses the videos they produce, nor for the charges of the AI providers on the accounts the customer connects.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless the law provides otherwise for consumers, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
